Surbana Jurong opens new global headquarters in Jurong Innovation District
The property development has been awarded the Building and Construction Authority’s (BCA) Eco-friendly Mark Platinum Super Low Energy and BCA-Health Promo Board Green Mark Platinum for Healthier Workplaces for its campaigns in sustainability and advertising much healthier way of lives. This involves giving end-of-trip establishments, including onsite bicycle shelfs and showers.
The 10 towers are adjoined by a pedestrian path and encased courtyards, allowing all-natural lighting and fresh air to move thru. The development includes amenities like a 1,000-seater multipurpose area, a junior ballroom, rooftop balconies, a team reception, table tennis, and an upcoming fitness center establishment.
The campus covers 1.2 million sq ft in built-up area and can accommodate 4,000 workers and the bigger community across 10 towers. The campus is expected to home workers from different individuals in Singapore within one roof.
Sean Chiao, Group Chief Executive Officer of Surbana Jurong, states that the campus functions as a living lab for introducing solutions and driving the limits of eco friendly development. “In Surbana Jurong Campus, our assorted expertises work together to address our customers’ most complicated issues, meeting our objective, Actual influence, made jointly.”

The campus was designed by Surbana Jurong’s architects in cooperation with Safdie Architects to show the idea of a “campus in nature.” Formerly an underdeveloped greenfield place, the campus has been developed to protect more than half of its standing green area. Built-up environment-friendly locations were switched out with roof landscapes, green indoor yards, and comprehensive exterior landscaping.
Surbana Jurong revealed its brand-new global central office, the Surbana Jurong Campus, in CleanTech Park within the Jurong Innovation District. The facility was formally opened up on March 13, with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance Lawrence Wong in appearance.
